New patients are requested to make a prepayment before their first visit within 48 hours of making the reservation in the amount of PLN 250 here to confirm the date. Proceed to payment form.
An unconfirmed reservation is cancelled. The prepayment is non-refundable in the case of absence for the visit and no phone or text message cancellation at 48 hours before its planned date.
