- Please arrive alone without friends and relatives.
- Remember to carry essential belongings only
- Prepare yourself prior visiting Skin Spa by washing off all your makeup and taking off any accessories like jewelry, scarves, watches etc.
- You will be asked to fill in additional forms connected with epidemiological interview
- Stay home if you have recently cared for or have been potentially exposed to a positive contact for COVID-19
- Online consultations are still available
- Payment by credit/debit card is preferred
SKIN SPA CLINIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- SKIN SPA reserves that the price list is for information purposes and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. If there is a discrepancy between the information contained in the price list and that obtained directly from SKIN SPA, the parties are bound by the individual arrangements obtained from SKIN SPA.
- Discounts included in the price list do not combine with other promotions.
- The final cost of services shall be determined during consultations, after adjusting the offer of the Clinic to the individual needs of the Customer.
- In case of failure to come for the treatment and failure to cancel the treatment date purchased in the series at least 24 hours in advance, the treatment is cancelled without the possibility of reimbursement.
- Vouchers can be used once, during one visit. It is not possible to use one voucher more than once. The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Refunds can be applied for up to 60 calendar days from the payment date for paid and unused treatments. In each case you can use the financial funds for other treatments from the clinic’s offer.
- New patients are asked to make a prepayment up to 7 days before the first visit in the amount of 100 PLN on account: 32 1020 5226 0000 6202 0496 4252 to confirm the reservation. An unconfirmed reservation is cancelled. The prepayment is non-refundable in the case of absence for the visit and no phone or text message cancellation at min. 48 hours before the planned date.
- Uncancelled visits result in automatic blocking of the possibility of rebooking.
